Every day you will find my nightstand cluttered with my favorite books, planners, and journals that I am using and reading. What books do you have lined up in July? Comment below!
This is my stack for July:
Filofax personal planner
This planner is always close by. I love the croco leather, the rich color, and the flexibility that comes with using a ring bound planner. And the size is just right. It truly holds all my personal notes and lists such as things to watch, things to buy, doctor notes, car maintenance, reference items, etc.
The Crash by Freida McFadden
I started reading this book earlier this month and still have not made much progress. If you have read it please tell me what you thought. It’s a fairly new release but I can tell you thrillers and psychological thrillers are my absolute favorite genre.
A5 Main Planner
This gem is my main planner. It the A5 task planner from Cloth and Paper (spiral bound) that I received free in their November subscription box housed in the gorgeous LV desk agenda. I use this every day to keep up with my schedule and all my tasks. I absolutely love the layout.
The Creation of Anne Boleyn by Susan Bordo
I recently watched and enjoyed the movie the “Other Boleyn Girl” as well as a few other historical films from that period. I am intrigued by Anne Boleyn and checked this book out of the library. It is non-fiction and part biography and part cultural history. It examines the complexities of one of history’s most infamous relationships. Overall, I think it does a great job diving into her life and separating what is fact from what is either fiction or just speculation.
The Prepared Home by Melissa George
I’m always reading an organizing book and since hurricane season is upon us I’m re-reading this one. It’s one of my favorites. She does such a great job laying out the essentials of what is needed for various emergency scenarios and I love the visuals that she includes to go along with everything.
Happy Reading,
Brenda
